In the first week of summer, we’ll explore the great vast jungle and the butterflies, beetles, birds and baboons that live there. Spiders, worms, frogs and parrots – and many, many more animals – will create an unforgettable first week of camp. Your camper’s jungle adventure awaits!
Blast off into fun with Kid Explorer Camp ! Junior Day Campers will train to become astronauts as they traverse the cosmos as far as their imaginations take them. Get out your telescopes and let’s explore the moon, the stars and planets that make up our amazing solar system.

Dust off your Halloween costume, break out those Valentines and brush up on the National Anthem – we’re celebrating! We will spend the week of July Fourth learning the origins of and celebrating all the other holidays we love throughout the year. Dress-up day is going to be epic!
Come on in, the water’s fine! Spend the week with Dory, the Bubble Guppies, the Octonauts and all the amazing creatures that call the ocean home. A spiny porcifish? A sea cucumber? We’ll meet the creatures, critters and crustaceans of the deep blue sea.

What great journey lies inside your camper? Using imagination and determination we’ll explore Moana*’s journey across the Polynesian islands – from messy volcanos to beautiful leis, campers will have fun in the sun and sand – and maybe meet a demi-god along the way.
Stegosaurus and Triceratops and T-Rex- oh my! Campers will become paleontologists this week in search of rumored dinosaur bones buried in our own backyard at camp. Junior Day Camp will explore Pangea and learn more of what life was like for the dinosaurs millions of years ago.
Come to Kid Explorer Camp to beat the heat with some of our favorite friends from Frozen*. Spend the week building snowmen, exploring snowflakes and creating ice sculptures. Along the way, we’ll get help from Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Sven.

From tree frogs and parrots to orchids and rubber trees – the vast ecosystem of the rainforest makes for an exciting and action-packed week of camp!
Grab your compass, treasure map, and a talking parrot – it’s time to set sail for Neverland. Campers are the Captains on this epic pirate voyage. Meet Jake the Pirate, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and Captain Hook as we have a Jolly Roger of a good time.
Halloween in July? Anything’s possible at Kid Explorer Camp ! We’re using the week of the Fourth to celebrate other amazing holidays too! From Halloween to Valentine’s Day to Thanksgiving, the Holiday jubilation is a non-stop festival of fun!
What would Dory do? She’d “just keep swimming” right on over to Kid Explorer Camp, of course! Campers will dive into discovery this week, learning about the ocean’s cute critters and fascinating flora. No seaweed or coral reef will be left un-explored as Day Camp goes deep-sea diving straight into adventure.

In the Hawaiian language, Aloha stands for both “goodbye” and “hello”, so say Aloha to boredom and Aloha to an adventure-packed week of Polynesian play at Kid Explorer Camp . Campers will join Moana* on her quest to become a master way-finder, overcoming obstacles of volcanic proportions and discovering the beauty of the Polynesian islands.
Did you hear? A dinosaur fossil was found in a field on campus! What kind of dinosaur is it? How long ago did it live? We’ll journey back 65 million years to learn about the time when dinosaurs roamed the earth and discover the lost world where the Kid Explorer Camp dinosaur lived.
This week, Kid Explorer Camps becomes Arrendelle as campers meet up with Olaf, Sven, Anna and Elsa for a fantastically Frozen* time! The cold never bothered Gomer anyway so he’s excited to join Day Camp as they create ice castles, build snowmen, and help Olaf discover what snow does in summer.

Jaws was the original summer blockbuster, but Kid Explorer’s Camp Shark Week blows it out of the water. Campers will explore the strength and physics behind shark cages, how sharks effectively utilize countershading to hunt, and will make their own fossil of the ocean’s biggest predator!

Travel back in time to Medieval Europe for an amazing week featuring swords, steeds, and songs. Are you a court jester, quick with a quip, or perhaps a dashing and daring knight? We’ll investigate the science behind catapults and castle defense while creating family crests and fun costumes. Raise your banners and cheer! And, camp culminates with a trip to Medieval Times for lunch and a show!

Courage, charity, and chivalry were the core tenets of King Arthur’s court and will be at the center of our medieval week as we travel back to the Middle Ages. Design and build catapults and castles, rock awesome costumes, and experience all the best that the medieval period had to offer. And, camp culminates with a trip to Medieval Times for lunch and a show!

GOOOOOOOOOOOOLAZO! While everyone else has to wait another year for the World Cup to come back around in 2019, Multi-Sport campers get to play it out in all its excitement this week at Multi-Sport. Campers will compete in “pool play” and then proceed to the elimination and championship rounds each day in not only soccer, but also basketball, team handball and more.
Go Cubs Go! What better way to celebrate the historical Cubs win than with a week of World Series competition? It’s the “Fall Classic” in June as campers play championship series all week in soccer, basketball and other sports, all formatted after the most important seven game series in America’s Pastime.
It may be summer, but Kid Explorer Camp is celebrating the greatest show on ice this week — the NHL. Campers will play floor hockey, basketball and more to reach the finals and hoist the Cup overhead.
Every day is the Super Bowl this week at Multi-Sport, as campers play each game to their fullest to lift the Lombardi Trophy. Join Kid Explorer Camp in crowning daily champions, as every game is a championship match-up, whether it’s flag football, basketball or any other of the sports that campers will play over the course of the week.
The madness of college basketball’s greatest tournament is alive and well this July at Kid Explorer Multi-Sport Camp. Teams advance from the Round of 64 through the brackets in daily activities and sports such as basketball, soccer and many others, all en route to the Elite Eight, Final Four and beyond.

Get your hands sticky as we explore the exciting world of polymers and molecules. Whether it’s learning about surface tension with giant bubbles, mixing household materials to make gooey creations, or stirring up silly solvents, this week is sure to impress. It’ll be a bonding experience!
Using colorful elements young campers will build fun and simple models such as spinning tops, rolling vehicles, seesaws, and rafts as an introduction to robotics through simple machines. If your camper enjoys pulling things apart and putting them back together, this is the perfect camp to engage and foster their dabbling desires.
Buckle in, we’re taking to the skies this week. Campers will create funky gliders, design their own parachutes, and reach unfathomable heights powered by hot air balloons and rockets. Along the way we’ll engage with core concepts like lift, thrust, drag, and gravity as we soar up, up, and away.
Even Sherlock Holmes would be impressed with the detective work our junior sleuths are putting in at Kid Explorer Camp . We’re solving crimes, breaking cases, and catching crooks all week long as we investigate the science of forensics — including fingerprints, sketch artists, and fiber tracing. It’s certainly not the usual suspects at camp this week.
Eww. Yuck. COOL! Does your camper enjoy getting a little messy? Gooey creatures, waste disposal, and body odor are just a few of the disgustingly awesome topics we’ll be checking out this week. The best part? It smells just like it sounds — wonderful!
Is your camper curious about how clouds form, why each snow flake is unique, and what happens inside a tornado? This session is perfect for the budding meteorologist! We’ll be singing in the rain as we investigate the wacky and wonderful world of weather.
In this camp from one of the leaders in the industry for STEM, LEGO. Kids learn real programming as they design and code their own from start to finish. Kids will learn the basics of one of the most popular coding languages in the world as they modify real code to build their own blocks, items and more. During camp, kids will master introductory programming concepts including object-oriented programming, methods and parameters, instantiation of new objects, and more.
In this camp from ROKENBOK, kids learn basic mobile app development skills as they design and program their own robot. Kids will learn basic programming concepts, including if-then statements, variables, and complex logic as they create their mobile game from scratch. During camp, kids will complete the process of designing a mobile game from start to finish, including choosing characters, level design, and programming the app’s functionality.

Build LEGO* X-Wings, AT-AT walkers, Pod Racers, Star Destroyers, Cloud Cities, Settlements, Fortresses, and other complex machines and structures from a galaxy far, far away.
“Get these people out of here, they’re contaminating the crime scene!” Campers assume the role of forensic scientists at camp this week as they unravel the clues to the crime. Practicing fingerprint evaluation, fiber matching, and handwriting analysis, campers will use authentic forensic skills to crack the case. It’s not elementary, Watson, it’s camp!
Ready for some radical reactions? The Kid Explorer Camp Labs are back up and running. Grab your lab coat and safety goggles because we’re mixing all sorts of weird substances this week at Kid Explorer Camp. We’ll try not to blow anything up — well, we’ll try not to blow anything up too much.
Featuring real parts, real science, and real engineering, our Advanced Robotics camp is second to none. After learning how to make safe electrical connections and get their wheels spinning, campers will hone their problem-solving skills as they tackle open-ended challenges employing scientific and engineering concepts learned throughout the week. At the end of each session, campers will bring home their own fully functioning Electric Motors Catalyst from Tinkering Labs.
We’re going fast this week, real fast. Flying, sailing, and blasting off — the only things holding us back are the laws of physics. We’ll see how far we can bend those as campers push the limits on roller coasters, rockets, and wave runners. Campers will utilize math, engineering, and scientific concepts in their pursuit of all things speed.
