We’re looking for an Executive Director who can think big and drive us forward. This role is about visionary leadership—overseeing operations, managing a passionate team, and building partnerships that propel our mission. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the mission and objectives of Kid Explorer Club Corporation.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that programs and services align with the organization's vision.
Manage a team of staff , mentees, and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors to enhance organizational support.
Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, promoting its mission to the broader community.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to operations.
Proven track record in program development, particularly in designing and implementing successful initiatives for children or youth.
Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on organizational growth and impact.globally
Demonstrated success in fundraising, including securing corporate sponsorships and grants.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in for-profit or non-profit management, education, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a socially responsible organization, with a focus on children's programs.
Proven track record of successful program development and implementation, demonstrating impact on community engagement.
Strong financial acumen with at least 5 years of experience in budget management and fundraising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in staff management and team leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory roles.
Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments
Proven track record in program development, particularly in designing and implementing successful initiatives for children or youth.
Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on organizational growth and impact.
Demonstrated success in fundraising, including securing corporate sponsorships and grants.
