Roads to Reading Club

Our method of instruction, begins by teaching manuscript letter formation through dictated instructions (no copying or tracing), together with a sufficient set of sound/letter relationships (the alphabetic principle). It is an effective, step-by-step program that has taught countless children to read, including older struggling readers, dyslexic students, LD ( learning disabilities) and ESL ( English as a second language learners) and others.
The systematic phonetic approach will help students build a logical framework for English language. The alphabet is taught visually and orally as well as through the integration of kinesthetic activities. Students begin by learning to move from simple to complex through practice and drill exercises, students will build competency and skill, increasing self-confidence.
